1. To provide a physical platform for Members to meet regularly and interact with one another;

2. To foster networking and social interaction amongst the Members;

3. To assist Members and their families with their initial need where ever possible and to facilitate their integration into the Singapore community;

4. To provide for the recreational needs of the Members by organising social activities and functions for their families and friends and;

5. To organise educational, cultural, recreational and welfare programmes for the benefit of the Members and their families.
