IRC Movie Screening-2007: 29 October 2007; IRC has organized exclusive movie screening for its members at Eng Wah Cinema in West Mall at Bukit Batok. More than 350 members participated in this movie screening and our kids enjoyed the most.

IRC Family Day-2007 Celebrations: 15 September 2007; IRC celebrated its family day-2007 on the Saturday 15th September at Escape Theme Park in Downtown East, Pasir Ris. This year response to our family day invitation is excellent in such a way that we need to close the registration little earlier due to the space restriction at the park. Around 400 participants including children enjoyed the family day celebration. IRC organized various cultural and game activities including ethnic dance performance by Chinese, Indian and Malay dance groups. Each IRC family is given a door gift, free entry to Escape theme park and lunch provided to all. This year IRC made it sure each family is received at least one lucky draw prize. All our members enjoyed escape theme park rides after the family day function which ended at 2pm. In the end of the day, all our members went home happily at least one prize in their hand.

IRC Team won the Team Champion Bowling Tournament-2007: 05 June 2007; Congratulations! IRC team represented by our members Tang Gongyue (IME),Xing Xiuqing (NTU) and Wang Wenjiang (I2R) won the Team Champion Bowling Tournament 2007, the 5th Associate Professor Ho Peng Kee Trophy. The tournament was held on the Sunday 13th May at Home Team NS@ Bukit Batok Starbowl. More details can be found at http://www.club-cosmos.com

New EXCO member for IRC: 30 May 2007; Dr Toshiro Ito, a Principal Investigator from Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory (TLL) and originated from Japan has been co-opted for IRC Executive Committee with effect from June 1, 2007.

IRC Annual Dinner Celebration 2006: 24 November 2006; Our annual dinner and AGM was a great success, which was held at Legend Fort Canning Park. More than 200 members and their family participated in the annual dinner and dance. Mr.Boon Swan Foo, Managing Director of A*STAR graced the occasion as Guest of Honour. The highlight of the function was the FREE Health Screening conducted to IRC members by our new partner, Raffles Hospital during the cocktail reception.
